New Research on Insurance Claims Found BMW GT1

A recent study done by   BMW GT1 the Highway Loss Data Institute shows—somewhat unsurprisingly—that expensive and sporty cars are more likely to be involved in car accidents. This discovery is also unsurprising since expensive and showy cars tend to receive more attention compared to normal everyday cars.

The data found by BMW GT1 HLDI had two main circumstances they looked at: 1) the amount of insurance claims per 100 insured vehicles and 2) the average loss payments were made per insured vehicle. After conducting this research, it was discovered that the top 10 vehicles which received the most claims filed against the insurance companies were luxury or sports cars.
